It's wood season again! The Lord is our provider, we are also very thankful for the generosity of Mr.Sondeland. He owns some land that is full of oak and ash trees. These type of trees are very good for burning. So dad went to his house and used his chain saw to cut ALOT of dead trees.
     It has gotten easier cutting wood since the arrival of our wood splitter. Dad and the boys cut while Alice and I stack and some times haul. It feels good to work for your heat!
     A couple of weeks ago, our Grandparents and great Uncle Pat came up from Minot. Papa and Uncle Pat probably enjoy splitting wood more than any one else in our family. ;) They cut at least half of the pile while they were here.
     It is so much fun working together as a family so we can be warm this winter. Ages 2 and up are all helping!
